Nature Companionship is an earth-centered practice of presence, observation, awareness and healing. It anchors us in the now, allows us to slow our pace, watch and listen, and encourages us to become more attentive to the unique rhythms of life within our particular landscapes, our internal landscape as well as the external landscape.
In a nature companionship experience, there is a flow of attunements or invitations that create opportunity for deep inner listening. The experience invites an intentional and gentle pace and connection with nature, sitting with what and who are present and noticing with the senses what is here.
